Twas gone for a week

Today is a new day - monday, and im hoping to get back on track. After a week of travelling around and eating lots of nuts ( as the photo below will attest to) I am attempting to get back in control. Last night i ate some chips and chocolate -- those are the 2 worst things to have and lose weight. Anyways, i would like to lose about 5 pounds in october. I think the weight that i have lost may have come back - i think i need to buy a scale and check this.
In terms of this weeks goals, im trying to stop mindless eating. wish me luck
Also, i need to start doing lunges and squats again.
