chopsticks !! staying on track !

Last night, after a day of eating little i got chinese food which was delish but i know way over my points value of 24. Its been a hard week for me in terms of getting back on track from the turkey effect, when i went home and ate turkey and baked goods. Oh well, today is a new today and im attempting to make another serious attempt. Its all part of the journey, although i would like to be down another 5 pounds by november 15th.
In an effort to be more accountable about my eating, i will post here what my meal plan for the day is and my goal for this week is to stay within my points and blog my menu every day:

2 small bran muffins (6)
1 cup activia yogurt (4)
2 pieces ww bread and lite cheese (6)
diet coke (0)
balance = 24-16= 8
1 cup berries (1)
1 cup soup = 3
3 squares lindt chocolate = 4
1 hot chocolate - 1
ap - 2 or 3
