Taking care of business (everyday)

So today was a good day - i finally hunkered down after a week of not really paying attention to what i was shoving in my mouth. I did eat some nuts and chocolate but in moderation, i also went for a rather long walk and did some squats and lunges! I watched this video on youtube about weight loss and it was really motivational. The woman talked about taking really small steps towards losing poundage and so that is what im going to do. This week's goal is to track everything and stay op. Its going to be hard when i head home for Thanksgiving but im hoping i can plan one day where i will have a treat and the other days I will be good. Im really looking forward to seeing the fall leaves, hiking and catching up with the fam. Im also hoping to do some baking and hope the fam will eat it all so i don't have to :) ha !
ps. Im also buying a scale tommorow! whoo!
