Need to stick to the plan yet i love to eat

Well today was a good day - went to an interesting discussion, met with a friend for lunch and then went for a nice swim. Im trying to swim 3 times per week now, 3o minutes per time.
In terms of healthy eating, i was doing good until about 7pm when i got a really bad craving for chips and ended up buying a 150g bag and eating the whole thing! yikes!
Oh well, I have written it down and will stick OP tommorow
I have also figured out, i really like to chew, the sensation is nice.. So i now like to chew a piece of gum after dinner instead of mindless snacking.. now i need to go out and buy lots of nice gum!
