Well I just finished watching the latest episode of GG and it was fabulous!
In other news, Day three of my stricter eating regimen is going well -- i think the key to weight loss is all about portion control... today i had some pizza and chocolate ,, so tommorow and sunday I will eat light and then hope for a good weigh in on tuesday..
I went for a swim today and took a sneak peak at the scale - down 1.5 lbs! (I know its kind of early but im hoping for a simliar result next week)
Im thinking of rewards for my weight loss goals.. any ideas?
Also, this weekend is going to be a challenge for me, i always find weekends the hardest -- but this weekend i will try and get lots of excercise and go to the market to get fresh veggies.. So readers, what is your most challenging time of the week to eat healthy? Any tips?
Im hoping to start crocheting something nice soon for the fall --
